Các giao dịch, thư từ trong khuôn k

Các giao dịch, thư từ trong khuôn khổ Hợp Đồng này được coi là đã được nhận:
- vào ngày ghi trên giấy biên nhận nếu được đưa tay;
- vào ngày ghi trên giấy báo nhận nếu được chuyển bằng thư đảm bảo có báo nhận;
- vào ngày ghi trên báo cáo chuyển fax thành công nếu chuyển bằng fax;
- hoặc vào ngày thư điện tử được gửi đi nếu được chuyển bằng thư điện tử.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The transaction, messages from within the framework of this agreement is deemed to have been received:-on the items on the receipt if the hands;-on paper-based records acknowledgement if transferred by mail to ensure that acknowledgement;-on the reported transfer fax successfully if transfer by fax;-or on an email is sent if transferred by e-mail.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

The transaction, correspondence within the framework of this Agreement is deemed to have been received:
- on the date of the receipt if hand;
- on the date of the notice of receipt if they are moved by registered mail with acknowledgment ;
- on the date of the fax transmission report success if moved by fax;
- or on the day e-mail is sent if moved by email.
