According to the most recent regulations of UNESCO, one of the criteria for recognizing a non-object cultural heritage is to be conducted, the inventory list, updated and widely published on the Internet. In fact, many list building system to inventory and the most current listing inventory not previously focused on the protection of heritage (as understood in the Convention, 2003). Some of this system are the researchers designed to meet their own needs. Moreover, some of the old inventory list is especially problematic because they could have been worked out in the colonial context or as part of the nation building activities. Both article 11 (b) and in article 12 of the Convention are implied as the whole of the intangible cultural heritage in a country should be inventoried, because this refers to the intangible cultural heritage present on the territory of the Member States. Therefore, the inventory list should be full and comprehensive as possible.
