Vì kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vài công ty trước đây, sau khi kế toán cũ nghỉ việc vì lý do cá nhân nào đó họ xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu hay chứng từ kế toán, nhưng những công ty đó mô hình kinh doanh nhỏ nên không ảnh hưởng nhiều, còn công ty chúng ta quy mô lớn việc đó sẽ rất ảnh hưởng nên tôi muốn góp ý bạn có thể xem xét tìm phương hướng trích xuất dữ liệu hàng quý, hàng năm để lưu trữ. Còn về chứng từ sau này bạn sẽ quản lý trực tiếp để tránh bị thất lạc.
