Thành viên đó đem Hộ chiếu đi công chứng, sau đó mang bản công chứng đến Bộ ngoại giao Hàn quốc để làm thủ tục lãnh sự quán (thực chất giống như chứng thực ở Việt Nam). Sau đó, mang bản sao hộ chiếu đã được làm thủ tục lãnh sự đến Đại sứ quán Việt Nam hoặc lãnh sự quán Việt Nam tại Hàn quốc để làm thủ tục hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự.

Members which provide the Passport certified, then brought a notary to the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs for consulates (essentially the same as attested in Vietnam). Then, bring copies of passports was made Consul to the Embassy of Vietnam or the Vietnam Consulate in Korea for consular legalized.
