Sau khi hai bên đã hoàn tất mọi vấn đề liên quan đến quyền lợi và nghĩa vụ như đã thỏa thuận theo Biên bản này thì không còn trách nhiệm hay quyền lợi gì với nhau và cùng cam kết sẽ không thắc mắc, khiếu nại bất kỳ vấn đề gì liên quan đến Hợp đồng thuê trại số : 0410/2012/HĐTT – TVAG ký ngày 04/10/2012 và tất cả các phụ lục hợp đồng đi kèm giữa hai bên nữa.
