+ Phân tích, đánh giá thực trạng quản lý ngân sách nhà nước trên địa bàn huyện Cẩm Khê: bao gồm quản lý hoạt động thu ngân sách và chi ngân sách trong thời gian từ năm 2013 - 2015.
+ Đề xuất được các giải pháp hợp lý và khả thi nhằm hoàn thiện quản lý ngân sách Nhà nước trên địa bàn huyện Cẩm Khê trong thời gian tới.
