Theo ý kiến của chúng tôi, báo cáo tài chính đã phản ánh trung thực và hợp lý, trên các khía cạnh trọng yếu tình hình tài chính của CÔNG TY TNHH SHARP MIND TECHONOLOGY VIỆT NAM tại ngày 31/12/2013, cũng như kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh và tình hình lưu chuyển tiền tệ cho năm tài chính kết thúc cùng ngày, phù hợp với chuẩn mực kế toán, chế độ kế toán (doanh nghiệp) Việt Nam và các quy định pháp lý có liên quan đến việc lập và trình bày báo cáo tài chính.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In our opinion, the financial statements have reflected the honest and reasonable, on the key aspects of the financial situation of SHARP MIND TECHONOLOGY of Vietnam in October to December 31, 2013, as well as the results of operations and cash flow situation for the financial year ending on the same datein accordance with the accounting standards, accounting mode (business) and the legal provisions relevant to the preparation and presentation of financial statements.

According to our opinion, the financial statements give a true and fair view, in all material respects, the financial position of Techonology CO. SHARP MIND at 31/12/2013 VIETNAM, as well as the operating results and cash flows for the year then ended in conformity with accounting standards, the accounting regime (business) Vietnam and the legal provisions relating to the preparation and presentation of financial statements.
