Bên B:
1. Chịu trách nhiệm về tính pháp lý hàng hoá, xuất trình các giấy tờ cần thiết khi có yêu cầu của cơ quan chức năng.
2. Hàng hoá đảm bảo yêu cầu không nguy hiểm, không dễ cháy, bốc mùi, không ảnh hưởng đến môi trường xung quanh và gây nguy hiểm đến sức khoẻ con người.
3. Hướng dẫn cho bên A sắp xếp hàng hoá theo quy định cuả từng loại hàng và cử đại diện giám sát trong quá trình nhập hàng.
4. Xuất nhập hàng trong giờ hành chính từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (sáng từ 8h – 11h30, chiều từ 13h30 – 17h), thứ bảy làm buổi sáng (8h – 11h30). Nếu có nhu cầu làm ngoài giờ thì thông báo cho bên A trước 02 giờ, chi phí làm ngoài giờ do bên B thanh toán (Thủ kho : 110.000 đồng/giờ, Bốc xếp : 200.000 đồng/giờ. Thời gian làm thêm giờ không quá 21 giờ (9 giờ tối)
5. Thanh toán các khoản chi phí thuê kho theo quy định của hợp đồng (Điều II).
6. Mua bảo hiểm hàng hoá trong quá trình lưu kho.
