Để đánh giá việc kiểm soát các yếu tố liên quan đến design process và hiệu quả của process, tôi tiến hành survey 30 người thuộc 3 bộ phận Business Division, Communication Division và IT Division. Câu hỏi được thiết kế dựa trên các tiêu chuẩn đã đề cập trong phần lý thuyết. Câu trả lời được lựa chọn dựa trên 5 mức đánh giá, tương ứng với thang điểm từ 1 đến 5:
