Kết quả phân tích xác định lượng măng muối có chứa chất vàng ô . Đây là một trong những chất màu tổng hợp dùng để nhuộm vải, sơn tường có ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến sức khỏe người tiêu dùng.
Chiều qua ngày 4/5, Chi cục Quản lý chất lượng nông lâm sản và thủy sản tỉnh Quảng Nam đã phối hợp với các đơn vị chức năng khác tiến hành tiêu hủy lượng măng muối trên.
Trước đó, tại Đà Nẵng, TP.HCM, Quảng Trị, Thừa Thiên Huế… cũng đã phát hiện nhiều cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh măng có nhuộm chất vàng ô để bán ra thị trường.
