- Investigate and solve customer complaints on product performance.

- Determine criteria and methods needed to ensure that both operation and control of processes within FRIWO are effective and meet customer requirements. Monitor measure and analyze processes performance.

- Support on training operators follow control points as defined in process control plan. To Undertake all quality control activities associated with manufacturing.

- Support and participate on customer visit & audit, third party certification and re-certification.

- Yield monitoring and driving the corrective actions to improve the quality yield. Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives.

- Manage the outgoing inspection method follow AQL sampling defined. Conduct training to inspection operators. Evaluates and provides input to inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.

- Support production to drive QRQC corrective action when nonconformity product detect at Outgoing inspection. To verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken as a result of non-conformance.

- Manage reliability testing and drive the noncompliance product with corrective and preventive actions needed. Evaluating products to provide performance data necessary for achievement of quality objectives.

- Ensure the availability of measuring and monitoring devices and information necessary to support the quality operation.

- Regularity report on Yield of SMT/Box Building and Outgoing reject rate and improvement plan to Head of Quality.
