- Giá trị bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồ

- Giá trị bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng tương ứng 10% giá trị hợp đồng đến khi hợp đồng hết hiệu lực (90 ngày). Trong vòng 15 ngày kể từ ngày hợp đồng có hiệu lực mà Bên B không phát hành được thư bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng thì Bên A có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng và thu hồi toàn bộ số tiền tạm ứng.
