HP xin chuyển nội dung phản hồi như sau:

1/ HP không nhận được thông tin nào về việc phải sửa chữa lại vị trí nhãn thân lót. Mr Michael vui lòng xem lại rằng HP đã thực hiện đúng Tài liệu kỹ thuật ban hành của P. Kỹ thuật NBC và đây là quy định. Đơn hàng này cũng đã được QC của FOB kiểm 100% trước khi xuất xưởng HP.

2/ Đối với đường diễu cổ như khách hàng góp ý điều chỉnh là hoàn toàn khác với Tài liệu kỹ thuật quy định. Khi sản xuất các đơn hàng còn lại của BMB thì HP đã yêu cầu Mr Phillip có văn bản góp ý chỉnh hoặc điều chỉnh Tài liệu kỹ thuật nhưng việc này đã không được chấp nhận. Như vậy điều HP thực hiện theo Tài liệu kỹ thuật là rất hợp lý.

When production orders, the rest of BMB Mr Phillip HP has requested written comments tune or adjust the technical documentation, but this was not accepted. So what HP comply with the technical documentation is very reasonable.
