1. Quy định trừ điểm:
- Đơn vị gây ra lỗi sẽ chịu trách nhiệm hoàn toàn về lỗi.
- Đối với lỗi do công tác phối hợp: Cả hai đơn vị phải chịu trách nhiệm lỗi
- Các lỗi được BGĐ Trung tâm két luận không là sự cố hoặc là sự cố bất khả kháng: Không trừ điểm.
- Các lỗi/ sự cố không xác định được nguyên nhân sẽ tính vào lỗi chủ quan và trừ đơn vị quản lý hệ thống dịch vụ bị lỗi.
- Đối với các lỗi/Sự cố xảy ra lần đầu được quy định trừ điểm như sau:
