QUẢN LÝ CỦA CÔNG TY
8.1 Công Ty sẽ tạo mọi điều kiện cho Đại Lý đặt hàng, nhận hàng và thanh toán tiền hàng.
8.2 Căn cứ vào việc Đại Lý tuân thủ đầy đủ điều khoản của hợp Đồng này, Công Ty sẽ cung cấp Hàng Hóa theo yêu cầu của Đại Lý trong điều kiện cho phép. Để đảm bảo rằng Đại Lý phân phối hàng hóa cho khách hàng phù hợp với quy định của hệ thống Đại Lý Everpia Việt Nam, Công ty có quyền kiểm tra, có hoặc không có báo trước hoạt động của Đại Lý, các kho hàng hoặc/ và mạng lưới cửa hàng do Đại Lý quản lý.
8.3 Công ty sẽ hỗ trợ biển hiệu, trang thiết bị hoặc nội thất cho Đại Lý. Mức hỗ trợ sẽ theo quy định của Công Ty đối với từng trường hợp cụ thể.
8.4 Khi phát hiện ra vi phạm của Đại Lý đối với điều khoản của Hợp Đồng này hoặc các quy định pháp luật liên quan, đại diện của Công ty có quyền lập biên bản ghi nhận sự việc. Việc Đại Lý ký hay không kí vào biên bản thì biên bản vẫn có giá trị hiệu lực.
