Thủ tục mở tài khoản: thu thập thôn

Thủ tục mở tài khoản: thu thập thông tin KH, rà soát KH có thuộc các danh sách cảnh báo không, nếu không thuộc DS cảnh báo thì thực hiện thủ tục mở TK (phê duyệt của GĐ chi nhánh). Trường hợp KH là cá nhân có ảnh hưởng chính trị hoặc ngân hàng đại lý thì phải trình Tổng giám đốc hoặc người được ủy quyền (PTGĐ) chấp thuận trước khi đặt quan hệ giao dịch.
a) Khách hàng là cá nhân:
- Họ, tên, ngày tháng năm sinh; Quốc tịch; Nghề nghiệp, chức vụ; Số chứng minh nhân dân, ngày cấp, nơi cấp (đối với công dân Việt Nam). Trường hợp không có chứng minh nhân dân có thể lấy số hộ chiếu, ngày cấp hộ chiếu để thay thế; Số hộ chiếu (đối với người nước ngoài), thị thực nhập cảnh (nếu có); Điện thoại liên hệ;
- Địa chỉ:
+ Đối với người Việt Nam: địa chỉ nơi đăng ký hộ khẩu thường trú và nơi ở hiện tại.
+ Đối với người nước ngoài: địa chỉ đăng ký ở nước ngoài và địa chỉ đăng ký tạm trú ở Việt Nam;
- Tiểu sử khách hàng (nếu biết).
b) Khách hàng là tổ chức:
- Tên giao dịch đầy đủ và viết tắt; Địa chỉ đặt trụ sở, số điện thoại, số fax; Quyết định thành lập hoặc đăng ký kinh doanh; cơ quan thành lập; Lĩnh vực hoạt động kinh doanh;
- Thông tin về người đại diện cho tổ chức bao gồm các thông tin như đối với khách hàng cá nhân nêu tại Điểm a Khoản 1 Điều này.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Account opening procedures: collecting information science, scientific review of the list with no warning, if not on the DS alerts, perform account-opening procedures (approval of the Director of the branch). a) The customer is an individual:

- client profile (if known).
b) The customer is held:
- Full Business name and acronym; Address of head office, telephone number, fax number; Decision on the establishment or business registration; Established agencies; Field operations;
- Information on the person representing the organization including information as to individual customers referred to in point a paragraph 1 of this article.
