Bên B sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm giao hàng đúng thời hạn và không chịu phạt 0.5%/ngày tính trên tổng giá trị hợp đồng nếu bên A chuyển tiền ứng trước 50% trên tổng giá trị hợp đồng và duyệt mẫu chậm trễ so với ngày thỏa thuận là ngày 07/12/2015

Party B will not be responsible for the delivery on time and not be fined 0.5% / day of the total value of the contract if Party A pay advance 50% of the total value of the contract and approval delays than day form agreement was dated 12/07/2015
