Trường hợp Hội đồng quản trị không trình báo cáo cho Đại hội đồng cổ đông, báo cáo tài chính hàng năm của Công ty sẽ bị coi là không có giá trị và chưa được Hội đồng quản trị thông qua.

The case of the Board does not submit the report to the General Assembly of shareholders, the annual financial report of the company will be deemed void and not yet through the Board.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Where the Board of Directors did not submit a report to the General Meeting of Shareholders, the annual financial statements of the Company will be deemed invalid and Board of Directors have not been adopted.
