Cải cách các thủ tục theo hướng đơn giản, thuận tiện. Ví dụ như: sao kê bảng thu nhập 3 tháng gần nhất thay vì 6-12 tháng; khách hàng đã có bảng lương thì không cần xác nhận nguồn thu nhập của cơ quan, đơn vị người vay; bỏ xác nhận của cơ quan có thẩm quyền trên giấy đề nghị vay vốn…
Chủ động hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình làm thục tục vay vốn và quá trình giải ngân hợp đồng vay;
Cập nhật thường xuyên các thay đổi của quy định pháp luật hiện hành đối với việc cấp tín dụng, nhất là các khoản vay theo chương trình ưu đãi của chính phủ.
