Sau 24 giờ làm việc kể từ khi Bên Mua thông báo, nếu Bên Bán không cử người khắc phục sự cố thì Bên Mua có quyền tự mình hoặc yêu cầu bên thứ ba tiến hành khắc phục lỗi mà không cần hỏi ý kiến của Bên Bán. Bên Bán phải chịu mọi chi phí liên quan. Đồng thời, Bên Bán vẫn có nghĩa vụ bảo hành đối với toàn bộ hàng hóa sau khi được khắc phục sự cố bởi Bên Mua hoặc bên thứ ba.
