Từ bảng 1 ta có kết luận:
⦁ Các mẫu cá biển tại Ninh Thuận có hàm lượng kim loại nặng As là 0.3 ~ 1.97 (mg/kg) , Hg là 0.1 ~ 0.51 (mg/kg). Trong đó hàm lượng As trong mẫu cá nục là lớn nhất và trong mẫu cá cơm xanh là thấp nhất. Với nguyên tố Hg thì trong mẫu cá ngừ là cao nhất và trong mẫu cá cơm trắng là thấp nhất.
⦁ Các chất khoáng như Ca, Fe, Se, Zn hàm lượng tương ứng là 298~3082 mg/kg, 10.7~34 mg/kg, 0.24~1.24 mg/kg, 5.54~9.26 mg/kg. Điều này cho thấy hàm lượng nguyên tố vi lượng tốt cho sức khỏe trong các mẫu cá biển tại Ninh Thuận cao hơn nhiều so với hàm lượng kim loại nặng.
