- Tại kho của nhà máy của bên A theo địa chỉ: Đường 1A, KCN. Phú Mỹ 1, huyện Tân Thành, Tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu.
- Trường hợp địa điểm giao/nhận hàng là một nơi khác do bên A chỉ định hoặc do bên B đề nghị và được chấp nhận bởi bên A, các bên sẽ bàn bạc và thỏa thuận về trách nhiệm bốc, dỡ Hàng hóa, thanh toán chi phí vận chuyển và các chi phí khác.
c. Bốc dỡ hàng hóa:
- Giao hàng tại địa điểm là kho của nhà máy bên A: Bên A chịu trách nhiệm bốc Hàng hóa lên phương tiện vận tải của bên B.
- Giao hàng tại địa điểm khác: việc bốc dỡ Hàng hóa sẽ theo thỏa thuận của các bên.
d. Vận chuyển:
- Giao hàng tại địa điểm là kho của nhà máy bên A: Vận chuyển do bên B tự lo và bên B chịu mọi chi phí phát sinh.
- Giao hàng tại địa điểm khác: phương tiện và chi phí vận chuyển sẽ theo thỏa thuận của các bên.
2.3 Căn cứ cho việc giao/nhận và chuyển quyền sở hữu đối với hàng hóa:
a. Giao hàng tại địa điểm là kho của nhà máy của bên A: Việc giao nhận hàng hóa được xem là hoàn tất và chuyển quyền sở hữu từ Bên A sang Bên B khi Biên Bản Giao Hàng được ký bởi người được ủy quyền của các bên.
b. Giao hàng tại địa điểm khác: Biên Bản Giao Hàng ( Ngoài Nhà Máy ) sẽ là cơ sở cho việc giao/nhận. Việc giao/nhận Hàng hóa được xem là hoàn tất và chuyển quyền sở hữu từ Bên A sang Bên B khi Biên bản giao nhận hàng hóa đã được ký bởi người được ủy quyền của các bên.
