Hiện nay Nhà thầu đang tiến hành đục phá tạo mặt bằng thi công cọc khoan nhồi tại các vị trí mố trụ trên bờ thuộc Cầu Trà Nóc. Tuy nhiên địa chất gặp phải là lớp đất cứng, lớp đất này khác xa so với báo cáo khảo sát địa chất đã được phê duyệt.
Nhà thầu dùng máy đào nhưng không thể đào được, Nhà thầu phải sử dụng búa đục phá bê tông gắn trên máy đào để đục phá được lớp đất cứng này (có hình ảnh đính kèm).
Ý kiến Nhà thầu/Contactor’s comment: đề nghị Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn giám sát xác nhận việc đục phá lớp đất cứng này. Nhà thầu sẽ tiến hành đo vẽ theo thực tế đục phá làm cơ sở đệ trình các bên liên quan xem xét tính toán kinh phí phát sinh.
Ý kiến Tư vấn giám sát/CSC’s comments: Tư vấn giám sát xác nhận tại vị trí mố trụ trên bờ thuộc cầu Trà Nóc có lớp đất gia cố hóa chất mầu đen rất dày phải dùng búa đục phá bê tông để phá bỏ lớp đất cứng này.
