Bộ phim "Cuộc sống tươi đẹp" của Ý là một bộ phim hay có giá trị nhân văn đạt được nhiều giải thưởng như phim nước ngoài hay nhất, giải cành cọ vàng

Bộ phim kể về một gia đình người Do thái trong cuộc chiến tranh thế giới lần thứ II. Cuộc chiến tranh vô cùng nguy hiểm nhưng người đàn ông/chồng đã biến nó thành một trò chơi trốn tìm thú vị. Mục đích để bảo vệ cậu con trai và tạo cho cậu bé không cảm thấy sơ hãi khi đối mặt với nguy hiểm. Trò chơi diễn ra rất hài hước và ly kỳ, nhiệm vụ là tìm phần thưởng. Cậu bé được gặp lai mẹ và còn được sinh hoạt cùng đám trẻ con của quân địch.Sau đó để bảo vệ cho con trai và vợ, người chồng đã phải hy sinh.
