- Sau thời hạn hợp đồng, nếu bên B

- Sau thời hạn hợp đồng, nếu bên B yêu cầu gia hạn thì bên A sẽ đáp ứng khi có sự thuận lợi cho cả 2 bên.
- Mọi thay đổi, bổ sung trong thời hạn thực hiện hợp đồng phải được thông báo và sẽ được giải quyết bằng thương lượng.
- Mọi sự thay đổi của bên nào gây ra thiệt hại cho phía bên kia thì bên đó phải chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường trong thời hạn một năm theo hợp đồng.
- Các Bên có thể đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng bằng văn bản được báo trước ba mươi (30) ngày.
- Thông báo gia hạn xe phải được báo trước 7 ngày, nhằm giúp Bên A có thời gian chuẩn bị xe cho Bên B sử dụng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
