Hội đồng thành viên được triệu tập

Hội đồng thành viên được triệu tập họp theo yêu cầu của Chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên hoặc theo yêu cầu của thành viên hoặc nhóm thành viên quy định tại khoản 8 và khoản 9 Điều 50 của Luật doanh nghiệp 2014. Cuộc họp của Hội đồng thành viên phải được tổ chức tại trụ sở chính của công ty hoặc nơi khác do Hội đồng thành viên Công ty quyết định.

Council members convened a meeting at the request of the President of the Council members or at the request of the Member or group of members prescribed in clause 8 and clause 9 of article 50 business law in 2014. The meeting of the Council of members shall be held at the Head Office of the company or other place by Board member company decisions.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Council members may be convened at the request of the chairman of the board members or at the request of a member or group of members specified in Clauses 8 and 9 of Article 50 of the Law on Enterprises 2014. The meeting of the Council members must be held at the company's headquarters or elsewhere by the company Board members decided.
