Tôi tên là Trương Thanh Lực, là sinh viên theo học ngành Kinh doanh quốc tế hệ cao đẳng vừa tổt nghiệp vào mùa hè vừa rồi, tại trường Đại học Hoa Sen. Tôi mong muốn học chương trình cử nhân kinh doanh quốc tế do Trường Đại học Paris Est Créteil – Pháp liên kết cùng quý trường bởi nhiều yếu tố.

Về ngôi trường Paris Est Créteil – Pháp là một trong những trường hàng đầu tại Châu Âu với hơn 40 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy, kể từ 1970. UPEC có hơn 31 trung tâm nghiên cứu ,15 phòng ban và đã ký hơn 250 thỏa thuận quốc tế với các trường đại học và phòng thí nghiệm, hơn 30,000 sinh viên theo học và được sự ủng hộ của chính phủ cũng như châu Âu.

Chương trình được tổ chức song song với chương trình tại Đại học Paris-Est Créteil – Cộng hòa Pháp. Tại Pháp, chương trình hướng chuyên sâu thị trường Châu Âu. Tại Đại học Hoa Sen, chương trình chuyên sâu thị trường Châu Á. Năm học 2015 - 2016, chương trình được xếp hạng 3 trong Bảng xếp hạng của SMBG: 10 chương trình đào tạo Cử nhân Kinh doanh Quốc tế, Xuất Nhập khẩu tốt nhất của Pháp. Chương trình đào tạo mang tính thực tiễn cao, chú trọng yếu tố thực hành. 1/3 thời lượng học tập được dành để thực tập tại doanh nghiệp và làm đề án. Đặc biệt, sinh viên được khuyến khích và tạo điều kiện thực tập tại nước ngoài.

Khi so sánh thực tế về chi phí chương trình học này tại Đại học Hoa Sen với trường RMIT, chi phí học của chương trình chỉ bằng 1/7 với cùng điều kiện và trang thiết bị giáo dục. Học phí ở RMIT là 31,443 USD trong khi chương trình này chỉ hơn 4,400 USD. Thêm vào đó, học phí được đóng 2 lần với mức đóng hợp lý. Chương trình cử nhân liên kết này hoàn toàn phù hợp với bản thân tôi. Cá nhân tôi đáp ứng được các yếu tố về ngoại ngữ, mức học phí và thời gian đào tạo đều phù hợp. Thông qua khóa thứ 6 của chương trình này, tôi thấy hầu như 100% những học viên sau khi hoàn tất khóa học đều có mức lương cao với công việc phù hợp so với những chương trình khác.

Học và vận dụng thành thạo các kĩ năng được đào tạo để đáp ứng được một nhân viên có nghiệp vụ chuyên nghiệp trong bối cảnh môi trường lao động Việt Nam đầy rẫy những lao động nghiệp dư tay ngang. Tôi mong muốn thông qua chương trình này mình bản thân mình sẽ được đào tạo bài bản trang bị đầy đủ kĩ năng như một nhân viên thanh toán quốc tế chuyên nghiệp sau 1 năm đào tạo.

Tìm hiểu môi trường kinh doanh quốc tế là một trong những kỹ năng bản thân tôi mong muốn mình sẽ được đào tạo chuyên nghiệp. Để hiểu được những bối cảnh lịch sử hình thành và sự khác biệt trong nền văn hoá đặc biệt là các nước trong khu vực Đông Nam Á. Việc thông thương ngoại giao giữa các bên có thuận lợi hay không là dựa trên sự chào đón mến khách từ những chuyến công tác ở các doanh nghiệp. Luật kinh doanh quốc tế là phần không thể thiếu để phát triển bền vững doanh nghiệp trong môi trường quốc tế. Những yếu tố này tôi sẽ được học thông qua các môn: Bối cảnh Văn hóa và Lịch sử , Môi trường Kinh doanh Toàn cầu, Luật Kinh doanh Quốc tế , Tổng quan về Văn hóa, Workshop “Thực hành Luật pháp Quốc tế".

Giao tiếp quốc tế góp phần tạo nên sự thành công riêng cho thương hiệu cá nhân tôi, điều mà tôi lấy làm điều tự hào. Học ngoại ngữ là một sự may mắn đối với tôi, tôi cực kì thích tiếng Pháp. Tiếng Pháp là sự đặc trưng về văn hoá và sự văn minh của chủ nghĩ lãng mạn, một điều gắn bó với cuộc đời tôi. Trong môi trường giáo dục tôi có thể hoà mình vào nhịp sống toàn cầu với những vốn hiểu biết riêng về ngôn ngữ. Trong kinh doanh đây là một lợi thế vô cùng lớn khi chúng ta hợp tác cùng dựng xây những dự án xuất nhập khẩu thoả mãn nhu cầu đáp ứng tốt về các dịch vụ đôi bên. Những yếu tố này tôi sẽ được học thông qua các môn: Anh văn trong Kinh doanh, Ngoại ngữ hai (Tiếng Pháp/Tiếng Việt) , Kỹ năng Thương lượng liên văn hóa,Workshop “Quản lý thông tin”, Workshop “Giao tiếp”, Workshop “Thông tin Thị trường”.

Vận hành các hoạt động quốc tế chính là mục tiêu cao nhất của tôi khi đăng ký tham gia chương trình đào tạo. Những nghiệp vụ về Thuế quan, logistic, và thanh toán quốc tế sẽ là nền tảng nếu tôi muốn vận hành một doanh nghiệp tư nhân.

Những yếu tố này tôi sẽ được học thông qua các môn: Quản lý hoạt động Thuế quan, Quản lý hoạt động Logistics, Quản lý hoạt động Thanh toán Quốc tế, Workshop “Kinh doanh Quốc tế”, Workshop “Quản lý dòng công việc trong tổ chức”.

Những cách thức quy cách tính toán chi tiết về các khâu sẽ giúp tôi điều hành những phòng ban trong công ty một cách trôi chảy.Đây sẽ là một tương lai xa khi tôi huy động đủ vốn hoá và lượng kinh nghiệm khi tôi 30. Hoà mình vào cuộc đua về kinh tế thương mại luôn giúp con người cải thiện tình hình đời sống hiện tại.

Những hoài bão tuổi trẻ của tôi lúc này nằm trọn niềm tin vào hệ thống giáo dục của quý trường qua chương trình học Đào tạo cử nhân kinh doanh quốc tế.
