while statistical inference of Spearman correlation was used to investigate the relationship further between the Japanese style of management (JMS), TQM Japanese way, barriers to the management of road quality total number of Japanese, and awareness of the organization's performance (OP) from the implementation of TQM in Malaysia. Twelve barriers were surveyed in the study. This study indicates that these barriers to quality management significantly correlated to the adoption of JMS in the research company. It has been observed that lack of knowledge of employees in TQM concepts are given reason was the highest cause for the difficulties in implementing total quality management approach.
