Bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng sẽ được trả cho Bên mua như một khoản bồi thường cho bất cứ thiệt hại nào phát sinh do lỗi của Bên bán khi Bên bán không hoàn thành nghĩa vụ và trách nhiệm của mình theo Hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Guarantee the implementation of the contract will be charged to the buyer as a compensation for any damages incurred due to an error by the seller when the seller does not fulfill its responsibility and obligations under the contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Contract performance security shall be payable to the Purchaser as compensation for any losses incurred by the fault of the Seller if the Seller is not fulfilling its obligations and its responsibilities under the contract.
