Về chuyên môn thì tôi vẫn còn là một người khá trẻ trong lĩnh vực ERP , nhưng qua quá trình đào tạo cũng như tiếp xúc dự án thực tế là một điều khá may mắn cho tôi , để tôi có thể nâng cao kỹ năng của bản thân. Ở những ngày đầu dự án khi mà cả đội toàn là những bạn mới khá ít kinh nghiệm và Tc lead đã đi on-site thực sự là một áp lực cho cả đội. Chúng tôi phải vừa nghiên cứu vừa làm và luôn phải OT. Chúng tôi phải đối mặt với thời gian, với áp lực từ khách hàng và cả những căng thẳng khó tránh khỏi. Tất cả những điều trên mang lại cho tôi rất nhiều thứ, cách làm việc cùng team, cách điều phối thời gian,giải tỏa căng thẳng như thế nào.Và tôi biết là bản thân tôi đã làm rất tốt công việc của mình và cũng đã tích lũy được một số kinh nghiệm chuyên môn.
