- Chủ quán: Là người quản lý và điều hành mọi hoạt động quán, chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật.
- Quản lý: là người thay mặt chủ quán điều hành hoạt động của nhân viên.
- Kế toán & thu ngân: Theo dõi và ghi chép lại tất cả mọi hoạt động của quán, tính chi phí,thu tiền và tổng hợp chi phí, xác định doanh thu, lợi nhuận, báo cáo thuế của quán một cách trung thực nhất.
- Pha chế: là người pha chế các loại thức uống, đảm nhận tốt vai trò tạo ra những thức uống chất lượng cao, sáng tạo ra những thức uống mới.
- Phục vụ: giới thiệu menu và phục vụ khách hàng đã qua đào tạo huấn luyện kĩ năng phục vụ.
- Tạp vụ : là người rửa ly và dọn vệ sinh.
- Bảo vệ: là giữ an ninh và trật tự cho quán, bảo vệ khách hàng, hỗ trợ nhân viên.
2.2.3 Nhu cầu nhân viên, lương, đào tạo và khen thưởng:
a. Nhu cầu nhân viên:
- Quản lý: 2 người, trình dộ cao đẳng ngành Quản trị kinh doanh
- Kế toán: 1 người, trình độ trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành kế toán.
- Pha chế: 4 người, tốt nghiệp các khóa đào tạo bartender.
- Phục vụ: 12 người, có kinh nghiệm phục vụ, thông qua sự kiểm tra của chủ quán.
- Nhân Viên P/R : 6 người, 3 nam, 3 nữ.
- Tạp Vụ: 2 người.
- Bảo vệ: 12 người, nam tuổi từ 18 đến 35, có sức khỏe tốt.
- Giữ xe : 2 người , nam 18-35 tuổi
