Cùng quan điểm với ông Ban Ki-moon, bà Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, Giám đốc điều hành Cơ quan LHQ về phụ nữ cũng cho rằng, không có lý do gì chúng ta không tiếp tục tạo ra sự thay đổi cho một nửa dân số thế giới này.
