Phép trong năm cần được nghỉ trước 31/12 hàng năm, nếu nhân viên không nghỉ hết phép trong năm, tẩ cả số ngày phép còn lại của người lao động sẽ không được bảo lưu hoặc hoàn lại tiền.
Nhân viên vì lý do thôi việc, bị mất việc làm hoặc vì các lý do khác theo quy định của pháp luật mà chưa nghỉ hàng năm sẽ được thanh toán bằng tiền những ngày chưa nghỉ.
