Trong thời gian bảo hành, nhà thầu phải tiến hành khắc phục các hư hỏng, khuyết tật sau khi nhận được thông báo của chủ đầu tư; mọi chi phí cho việc khắc phục các hư hỏng, khuyết tật do nhà thầu chịu trách nhiệm chi trả.
Khắc phục sự cố trong vòng 8h kể từ khi phát hiện sự cố.
Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật 24/24h trong ngày, 7 ngày/7 ngày trong tuần.

During the warranty period, the contractor shall proceed to fix the damage, the defect upon receipt of notice by the owner; all costs for fixing the damage or defects caused by the contractor is responsible to pay.To correct the problem within 8 h after discovering the problem.Technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days/7 days a week.

During the warranty period, the contractor shall conduct remedy the damage or defects after receiving the notice of investors; all expenses for the remedy of damage or defects caused by the contractor responsible for paying.
Troubleshooting within 8 hours after the incident detection.
Technical support 24/24 hours a day, 7 days / 7 days a week.
