Theo Thuyết minh số II.3 của Báo cá

Theo Thuyết minh số II.3 của Báo cáo tài chính đính kèm Báo cáo kiểm toán thì Báo cáo tài chính năm 2014 của Công ty được lập trên cơ sở hoạt động liên tục. Tại ngày lập Bảng cân đối kế toán, Công ty có khoản lỗ lũy kế là: 32.094.384.323 VND vượt quá số vốn góp của nhà đầu tư 24.171.000.000 VND. Giả định hoạt động liên tục này cơ bản tùy thuộc vào việc nhà đầu tư tiếp tục hỗ trợ tài chính cần thiết nhằm giúp Công ty trang trải các khoản công nợ đến hạn trả và duy trì sự hoạt động liên tục của Công ty trong thời gian tới. Hiện tại ảnh hưởng cuối cùng của vấn đề này chưa thể đánh giá được. Do đó, Báo cáo tài chính và các thuyết minh kèm theo đã không trình bày vấn đề này.
