Ok Will.
- Trước khi trao đổi về vấn đề thi công căn hộ, tôi muốn trao đổi với bạn về tivi trong phòng ngủ nhỏ. Sáng nay, trong cuộc họp với ban lãnh đạo, tôi có trao đổi về vấn đề này, tuy nhiên theo quy định về việc Thuê lại căn hộ là tất cả các căn hộ cho thuê đều phải được đầu tư theo tiêu chuẩn quy định. Mặc dù việc cho thuê chỉ là 1 năm tuy nhiên việc đầu tư phải là theo quy định. Vì vậy tôi xin được thông báo để bạn biết rằng, bạn cần đầu tư thêm 1 tivi nhỏ trong phòng ngủ nhỏ ( tivi 32 inch, giống như trong hình chụp tôi gửi đính kèm ).
- Về việc bắt đầu thi công căn hộ, tôi có 2 lựa chọn cho bạn:
+ Để ưu tiên cho khách hàng ở xa, khách đang ở nước ngoài không tiện đến công trình để nhận bàn giao căn hộ và thi công, giám sát thi công. Chúng tôi đã thống nhất rằng: khách hàng chỉ cần viết 1 email trao đổi về nội dung như sau:
" Chúng tôi tên là: Will & Lisa........, là chủ sở hữu căn hộ A26F2.
Sau khi đã bàn bạc, chúng tôi đồng ý với phương án thi công và giá cả của căn hộ A26F2 với giá trị hợp đồng là: ..... Tôi quyết định chuyển tiền để thi công căn hộ của tôi, theo quy định của Hợp đồng thi công là 50% ( đợt 1 ) = ....... "

Ngay thời điểm chúng tôi nhận được email xác nhận của bạn và số tiền chuyển khoản theo hợp đồng, nhà thầu của chúng tôi sẽ tiến hành thi công ngay sau đó.
Tôi có nhiều khách hàng ở Đức, Pháp, Bỉ, Thụy Sỹ...đã làm theo cách này.
+ Thứ 2: nếu bạn cần hợp đồng cụ thể. Bạn hãy in ra 3 bộ hợp đồng thi công, 3 bộ báo giá, sau đó bạn ký ở vị trí dành cho khách hàng. Tiếp theo, bạn gửi về địa chỉ công ty của chúng tôi, và chuyển khoản 50% ( đợt 1 ). Ngay khi nhận được Hợp đồng thi công và số tiền đã chuyển khoản, nhà thầu Trung Tín sẽ tiến hành thi công căn hộ của bạn.

* Vui lòng xem toàn bộ các files đính kèm bao gồm: Hợp đồng + báo giá ( tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt ). Sau đó hãy cho tôi biết sự lựa chọn của bạn.
