1.1 Về năng suất sau khi phân tích thì ko thấp, IVS vẫn sẽ cải thiện hơn => Đợi kh feedback về báo cáo IVS đã gởi
1.2 Về chất lượng định hướng cải thiện PDCA để phát triển STN => thêm resource và đang tiến hành cải thiện.
2. Về báo cáo , Hirose+Adieu update comment của kh và transfer lại cho PL làm.
Tình hình đã có tiến triển tốt theo dõi thêm 2 tuần.
