Kết quả hồi quy cho thấy Decision management có ảnh hưởng quan trọng nhất đối với sự trung thành của nhân viên (Partial = 0.236), kế đến là Accordant targets (Partial = 0.228), tiếp theo là Work environment (Partial = 0.145), tiếp theo là Empowerment (Partial = 0.127), tiếp theo là Fair reward (Partial = 0.114) và cuối cùng là High salary (Partial = 0.112).
