Đây là điều đầu tiên tôi luôn lưu ý để thực hiện bằng được. Không phải lúc nào các cấp quản lý cũng theo sát để nhắc nhở nhân viên về điều này. Tôi luôn ý thức rằng: Mỗi công việc tôi được giao đều kèm theo những quy định nhất định về thời gian, thời gian này đã được tính toán tương đối phù hợp để tôi có thể đạt chất lượng công việc ở mức độ hiệu quả cao nhất. Khi tôi không tận dụng tối đa thời gian được giao vào việc thực hiện công việc đó, tôi sẽ phải làm bù để bắt kịp tiến độ chung. Điều đó sẽ ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng các công việc khác.
Vì vậy, hãy luôn phấn đấu để hoàn thành công việc đúng với thời gian quy định. Điều này cũng giúp cho bạn không bị ảnh hưởng tới các công việc khác.
