Nội dung chính của hoạt động này là cung cấp và lắp đặt 05 trạm đo mực nước tự động trên lưu vực thử nghiệm (Kim Ngưu). Ban QLDA đã phối hợp với một số đơn vị có liên quan tiến hành công tác khảo sát, lựa chọn vị trí để lắp đặt 05 trạm đo mực nước tự động.
Ban QLDA đã ký hợp đồng với Công ty Cổ phần đầu tư và Công nghệ Minh Việt để thực hiện nhiệm vụ cung cấp 05 thiết bị đo mực nước tự động, phần mềm và thi công lắp đặt 05 trạm đo mực nước tự động tại 05 vị trí thuộc lưu vực sông Kim Ngưu, Hà Nội để phục vụ dự án Ngập lụt đô thị theo đúng thiết kế đã được phê duyệt.
