Truờng hợp một trong hai bên có tranh chấp hoặc vi phạm những quy định trong bản hợp đồng thì sẽ giải quyết bằng thương luợng và hoà giải trước. Nếu tranh chấp vẫn không được giải quyết trên tinh thần thương lượng đoàn kết thì cả bên A và bên B sẽ chuyển lên Tòa án Tp.HCM để giải quyết. Và quyết định của tòa án là quyết định cuối cùng hai bên phải thực hiện.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
