Hiện nay TH là một trong những nhà cung cấp sữa tươi sạch hàng đầu Việt Nam. Sản phẩm TH True Milk chiếm gần 40% thị phần sữa tươi tại thị trường miền Bắc và đang tiến mạnh vào thị trường phía Nam. Doanh thu công ty từ khi hoạt động (cuối 2010) đến 2012 xấp xỉ 3.000 tỷ đồng. Năm 2013 dự kiến đạt 4.000 tỷ đồng, năm 2015 là 15.000 tỷ và đến 2017 đạt 23.000 tỷ.
Theo kế hoạch đến năm 2015, TH True Milk sẽ cung cấp 50% nguồn nguyên liệu sữa tươi sạch cả nước. Với tổng số đàn bò sữa hiện tại khoảng trên 30.000 con, dự kiến công ty sẽ tăng lên 137.000 con vào năm 2017, chiếm khoảng 50% tổng đàn bò trong cả nước.
