Mô tả công việc:
- Lập kế hoạch, điều hành công việc , giám sát triển khai dự án. Đi công tác các tỉnh , báo cáo công việc cho cấp quản lý , giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh.
- Tuyển dụng : tiếp nhận nhu cầu của các bộ phận , tổng hợp và báo cáo cho Giám đốc để triển khai kế hoạch tuyển dụng theo Quy trình tuyển dụng. Lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng , đào tạo , phát triển nguồn nhân lực theo định kỳ năm, quý, tháng, lên các kế hoạch dự phòng….
- Lập ngân sách nhân sự , xây dựng quy trình quản lý hiệu quả của dự án ( báo cáo , hợp đồng, thanh toán lương….)
- Xây dựng các quy chế lương thưởng ,và các biện pháp khuyết khích – kích thích người lao động làm việc, thực hiện các chế độ cho người lao động . Tổ chức & thực hiện công tác hành chánh theo chức năng nhiệm vụ & theo yêu cầu của cấp trên. Hỗ trợ Bộ phận khác trong việc quản lý nhân sự .Là cầu nối giữa BTGĐ và Người lao động.
- Những công việc khác theo sự chỉ đạo của cấp Quản lý , có mối quan hệ tốt với các đối tác, với các ban nghành, đoàn thể….Luôn công bằng và tìm hiểu kỹ thông tin trước khi ra quyết định hoặc tham mưu cho Ban lãnh đạo.
+ Thành tích đã đạt được: Giữ chân được người tài với mức lương thấp hơn thị trường , ổn định nhân sự khi công ty rơi vào những giai đoạn khó khăn về tài chính.
