Khi cần sửa chữa, cải tạo theo yêu cầu sử dụng riêng phải được sự đồng ý của Bên A và phải phù hợp với quy định về xây dựng của địa phương.

When in need of repair, improvement and use of private demand must be the consent of Sides A and must conform to the regulations of the local's building.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

When in need of repair or renovation under exclusive use shall require the consent of Party A, and in accordance with regulations of local construction.
