Tỷ giá thay đổi kéo theo sự thay đổi của giá cả hàng hoá xuất nhập khẩu. Chẳng hạn, khi đồng tiền nội tệ mất giá, đồng nghĩa là đồng tiền ngoại tệ tăng giá thì giá cả hàng hóa xuất khẩu trên thị trường quốc tế trở nên rẻ hơn và giá cả hàng hóa nhập khẩu trên thị trường trở nên mắc hơn. Điều này khiến công ty Heineken Việt Nam gặp bất lợi, do công ty phải nhập các nguyên liệu sản xuất bia từ nước ngoài, khi đồng tiền nội tế bị mất giá thì giá của các nguyên liệu làm bia mắc hơn và công ty phải bỏ một khoảng tiền lớn để mua chúng. Theo ý kiến của tôi, để khắc phục những ảnh hưởng của sự thay đổi tỉ giá hối đoái thì công ty nên kiếm các nhà cung cấp nguyên liệu sản xuất bia ở trong nước để có thể giảm chi phí cho việc nhập nguyên liệu từ nước ngoài.
