Đối với trường hợp người nước ngoài

Đối với trường hợp người nước ngoài có thị thực, thẻ tạm trú vẫn còn giá trị sử dụng nhưng tự ý đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng thì yêu cầu Công ty phải có công văn báo cáo ngay với Phòng Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh- Công an tỉnh để làm thủ tục hủy giá trị thị thực, thẻ tạm trú. Nếu công ty không có báo cáo kịp thời sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm về việc quản lý, bảo lãnh người nước ngoài theo quy định của pháp luật
