Then, their family divided on 2 groups. 50 sons followed their father to the sea and the others stayed with their mother to rule the land. The oldest son of Au Co became the first king, named Hung King.
The Hung King Temple festival usually begins with a palanquin procession(3). Then they gave light on incerse (4) and offered Banh Chung (a square sticky rice cake) and Banh Giay ( a round sticky rice cake). After that, they beat bronze drums.
During the festival, there are many activities taken place such as Xoan singing, traditional operas performances, sword dance and some of games: bamboo swings, wrestling matches, and so on.
