5.3. Tại thời điểm ký vào bản Hợp đồng này: (i) ngoài Bên A ra không còn cá nhân/ tổ chức nào khác có quyền sở hữu chung đối với quyền thu hồi công nợ tại Điều 1 Hợp đồng này; (ii) các quyết định, văn bản của Bên A đã ban hành, hoặc/và các thỏa thuận đã ký kết có liên quan đến việc chuyển nhượng quyền thu hồi công nợ tại Điều 1 Hợp đồng không trái với các quy định pháp luật, quy định nội bộ của Bên A, không làm ảnh hưởng tới việc ký kết và thực hiện Hợp đồng này. Trường hợp sau khi Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực, nếu có cá nhân/ tổ chức nào tranh chấp liên quan đến việc chuyển nhượng quyền thu hồi công nợ theo Hợp đồng này thì Bên A có trách nhiệm giải quyết dứt điểm những tranh chấp đó để đảm bảo không ảnh hượng tới quyền và lợi ích của Bên B cũng như không ảnh hưởng tới việc thực hiện Hợp đồng này. Trường hợp Bên B phải tham gia giải quyết tranh chấp này thì Bên A có trách nhiệm bồi thường toàn bộ thiệt hại, các chi phí phát sinh từ tranh chấp cho Bên B.
