Trước khi bên A tạm ứng hợp đồng cho bên B thì bên B phải nộp cho bên A bảo lãnh tạm ứng hợp đồng với giá trị tương đương giá trị tiền tạm ứng là 30% giá trị Hợp đồng, bảo lãnh tiền tạm ứng có thời hạn hiệu lực là 120 ngày kể từ ngày phát hành.
