• Yêu cầu Bên B cung cấp các giấy tờ, thông tin liên quan đến sản phẩm quảng cáo một cách trung thực, chính xác để Bên A kiểm duyệt trước khi đăng quảng cáo. Trong trường hợp Bên B cung cấp không đầy đủ hoặc không cung cấp theo đúng thỏa thuận thì Bên A có quyền gia hạn thời gian để Bên B bổ sung hoặc từ chối đăng quảng cáo cho đến khi Bên B cung cấp đầy đủ theo yêu cầu của Bên A và theo quy định của pháp luật.
